flightInfo operation shows price solutions for the one specified itinerary, controls the results with one or more parameters, and returns search results in XML as a result set

Solutions include information for a whole requested journey (no matter OneWay, RoundTrip or MultiCity) and operation does not require additional requests in case RoundTrip or MultiCity

Operation used to find price solution in case flight numbers have already been cleared, before making booking

Moreover:

  • If you are not sure that the requested dates provide the best prices use searchFlightsFlex operation prior, to find suitable departure dates (works only for OneWay and RoundTrip)
  • To be able combine the fare families for each slice of a journey and receive multiple itinerary solutions use searchFlightsBySlice operation instead (up to 9 slices in journey)
  • To receive price solutions for a whole journey by a single request and multiple itinerary solutions use searchFlightsJourney operation instead

  2. LowFare — for the only one cheapest price solution for each itinerary solution
